With generous funding from the Charles F. Kettering
Foundation, AAFCS is pleased to announce the availability
of a set of materials for use with youths and adults who
want to explore obesity as a public policy issue. The
"Sizing Up America" materials were created
by a team of AAFCS members using the standard National Issues
Forum approach to engaging citizens in exploring tensions
around public issues and discovering common ground for action.
AAFCS members are encouraged to conduct community forums
over the next several months.
