Introduction to Leadership within AAFCS
This 30-minute webinar will address the following questions:
- What are the leadership roles available within AAFCS and how does one progress along the leadership path?
- I've been nominated to a committee, now what? What resources are available to help me make the most of my assignment?
Becoming an Effective Leader within AAFCS
This 30-minute webinar will address the following questions:
- What are good strategies and tools to maintain effective and purposeful communication with committee members?
- How do I work with committee members to establish goals and accountability measures to ensure works gets done in a timely manner?
This 30-minute webinar will address the following questions:
- What can I do as a leader to ensure committee time is well-spent and productive?
- How can I engage all committee members and delegate work according to our diverse strengths and interests?
These three Leadership webinars will be offered to AAFCS members and nonmembers on a complimentary basis. They are open to all; they are not limited to current committee members or current leaders.
