Purchase AAFCS logo merchandise and other unique products for yourself or as a token of appreciation for dedicated professionals in your life. All conference attendees receive the discounted price on books purchased on-site!

Book Signings

Buy discounted Annual Conference speaker books at the AAFCS Bookstore and have them personally signed by the authors in the Expo hall! Authors will sign books on the same day they make their keynote presentations.

Poster Sessions and Learning Labs

After seeing innovative products and services at the exhibit booths, gain insights from FCS experts at exhibitor learning labs and discuss new FCS research findings at the poster sessions. In 2007, attendees learned how to incorporate technology into a culinary arts class and use a free life skills curriculum during learning labs. Learning labs for the 99th Annual Conference are to be announced. The AAFCS Higher Education Unit and Community of Colleges, Universities, and Research are coordinating poster sessions for the 99th Annual Conference.
