Housing Options

Both the Hilton Knoxville and Holiday Inn Select are conveniently situated in downtown Knoxville and close to the Knoxville Convention Center.

Room rates are subject to local taxes, currently 17.25% per room, per day.  To hold your reservation at the Hilton, you must provide a valid American Express, Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club, or Carte Blanche card number and expiration date.  To hold your reservation at the Holiday Inn, you must provide a valid American Express, Visa, MasterCard, or Discover card number and expiration date.

The hotel will attempt to accommodate all special requests, but cannot guarantee them.

Hotel Cancellation Policies

If you must cancel your guaranteed hotel reservation with the Hilton, you must notify the hotel at least three (3) working days prior to your arrival.  If you must cancel your guaranteed hotel reservation with the Holiday Inn, you must notify the hotel at least 72 hours prior to your arrival.  If you must cancel on the weekend, call 1-800-HOLIDAY.

Bus Transportation

Want to save money on your travel costs and have fun? The Wisconsin Affiliate has chartered a coach bus that leaves early on June 23rd from Northern Wisconsin and arrives in Knoxville approximately 14 hours later in time for the June 24th meetings and tours. The bus will leave Knoxville Saturday night, June 27, 2009, after the Centennial Celebration. For more information, contact Stephanie Love at love@prairiefarm.k12.wi.us or 715-455-1861.
