Room rates are subject to local taxes, currently 15.25% per room, per day. To hold your reservation at the Renaissance Cleveland Hotel, you must provide a valid American Express, Discover, Visa, MasterCard, Diners Club Carte Blanche, or JCB card number and expiration date. To hold your reservation at the Marriott Cleveland Downtown, you must provide a valid Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, or Diners Club card number and expiration date. Arrangements can also be made to use cash or a check to hold your reservation at the Marriott.
The hotels will attempt to accommodate all special requests, but cannot guarantee them.
Please Note: AAFCS has reserved a block of rooms at the hotels. While the discounted rates are guaranteed by the hotels until June 2, the rooms are subject to availability. That means that when the AAFCS room blocks are filled, rooms MAY not be available at the discounted rates even if the deadlines have not yet passed. Please reserve early!
Hotel Cancellation Policies
If you must cancel your guaranteed hotel reservation with one of the hotels, you must notify the hotel by 4:00pm on the day of your arrival.
