To qualify for student membership, you must be enrolled in a two- or four-year program in the family and consumer sciences profession--in an accredited college/university in the U.S. or Canada.  Your major may be in one or more of the following subject areas:  Nutrition, Health, and Food Management; International; Housing and Environment; Family Relations and Human Development; Family Economics and Resource Management; Education and Technology; Communication; Art and Design; Apparel and Textiles; or any Family and Consumer Sciences related field.
