Community & Group Event Guidelines

NEW! Community & Group Events are a new type of proposal submission that includes sessions that used to fall within Showcases and Displays and Sessions of Special Interest.

The Submission System has now closed. Notifications will be sent out by January 2019. Please feel free to contact us at annualconf@aafcs.org with questions. 

Sessions that should be submitted as Community & Group Events include the annual events listed below, along with other social and networking sessions. 

This type of submission is for the listed events--NOT for individual submissions within those events. For example: the leader of the Community of Colleges, Universities, and Research would submit the poster session. Poster presenters would submit SEPARATELY directly to the community--not through this system. The system for Community and Group Events like those listed below will be separate from the system for Educational Sessions.

Submissions are open to communities, committees, affiliates, and other AAFCS subgroups, as well as related organizations.
