Webinar: Framing Family & Consumer Sciences Within the Context of Career Pathways

With the renewed legislation for Career & Technical Education (CTE), known as Perkins V, it is important to evaluate FCS programs and identify opportunities to further enhance FCS instruction by aligning to 21st century expectations of CTE programs. Building sustainable, highly-regarded FCS programs means understanding the perspective of CTE state and local administrators and their vision for high-quality programs. This session will equip participants with a framework for developing and/or refining FCS programs, resources to evaluate FCS programs, and the language to promote FCS programs.
