The Maine AFCS will be holding a Spring Conference tentatively on May 8th at the location TBD. Our focus for our Spring workshop is to highlight Family and Consumer Science teachers in the classroom or educators working in community programs. We are looking for 4-5 individuals that would like to participate in round table discussions where they will be able to highlight a favorite lesson(s), a new course they have developed or how their job provides education and support to the community. We would love for each individual to provide a handout of their presentation to share with participants. In return, Maine AFCS will pay for your registration for the day.
