"Sensory Analysis of the Partial Substitution of Edible Mealworms for Corn Flour in a Plant-Based Food Nugget"

Adrianna Gonnella recently completed her Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition and Dietetics at Bradley University. She will continue on to graduate school for her Master's and complete her dietetic internship at Saint Louis University. Adrianna worked on this research project for four years and is very thankful to her mentor, Dr. David Olds, and the CC Wheeler Scholarship Foundation for providing her this opportunity. As the recipient of the Coordinating Council of Honor Societies Undergraduate Research Paper Award, Adrianna will receive $1500 and the opportunity to showcase her research at the American Association of Family and Consumer Sciences Annual Conference.
