Board and Business Meeting Guidelines

  • Meetings should be submitted by an official AAFCS entity (community, committee, affiliate, council, etc.), a proposed AAFCS Community, or group related to AAFCS (FCSEA, CAFCS, etc.). Preference will be given to AAFCS entities. 
  • ALL board and business meetings should be submitted under the "Leadership and Association Engagement" strand.
  • Board and business meetings are designed to be no longer than 60 minutes (if more time is requested, AAFCS will honor that request based on availability). 
  • Meetings will only be scheduled on Thursday, Friday, or Monday, or from 7am-8am or 6pm-8pm on Saturday and Sunday.
