Educational Experiences

The 2023 AAFCS Educational Experiences are designed to give attendees a family and consumer sciences-flavored taste of the host city! The Maryland Affiliate has organized 5 tour options to choose from! One option includes visiting your state senator and representative at the US Capitol in Washington, DC!

The 2023 Annual Conference Local Advisory Committee (ACLAC) comprise of Maryland Affiliate members and AAFCS Board Liaison Sha Pate from the Florida Affiliate.

The 3 Educational Experiences are Hosted by ACLAC & MAFCS.

• • Space is limited! 20-person minimum for each tour. Bus seats 28.
    
  • Bus tour provided to/from hotel. Each tour accompanied by a MAFCS member.
  • Family members welcome! All ages! Each participant must purchase ticket.
