Exhibits provide an opportunity for YOU to showcase your organization, resources and products. AAFCS committees and affiliates, as well as partners, are invited to participate and reserve exhibit space in the Hub. More than 22 exhibitors participated in the last year’s “Comeback Meeting” and engaged with nearly 400 conference attendees.
The Hub’s exhibit space rates did not change and the exhibitors will receive discounted registrations. Two AAFCS affiliates or communities may share one tabletop exhibit. Non-AAFCS groups must each reserve their own tabletop exhibit at the special rates. Small business owners may also participate.
The 2023 conference offers traditional exhibit space; sans the pipe and drape display. This open concept allows for more visibility and more engagement in the ballroom! The exhibit options are priced for the entire duration of the Hub’s hours of operation, whether you are participating one day or all three days.
Tabletop Exhibit - You may reserve one or more 6' table(s) with 2 chairs per table ($250).
Full Exhibit Booth - You may reserve a 10' x 10' full exhibit booth with 2 chairs per booth ($1,000).
The last day to reserve exhibit space at the Hub is May 15th.
