About the Presenter

Leslee Blanch is a registered dietitian and certified fitness instructor. She has worked in clinical and community nutrition for over 25 years and is currently employed by University of Idaho as Family and Consumer Sciences Associate Extension Educator. She aspires to provide individuals with health tools to be their personal best.

  2. Identify effects of sleep deprivation on health.
  3. Identify specific lifestyle modifications to improve sleep.
  4. Set achievable sleep-related goals.
