MEETING/EVENT SPACE RESERVATION REQUESTS
AAFCS is now accepting requests from groups/entities who wish to reserve space and time for a meeting/event at the 2023 Annual Conference. Space for the meeting/event could be used for
- Board and/or Business Meetings
- Meal Functions, such as Breakfast, Luncheon, Banquet/Dinner, or Reception
- Other Special Events or Activities (Examples include: Showcase, Poster Presentation, Entertainment or Cultural Event, Community Service, Awards Recognition, Networking Session)
The following groups/entities are invited to submit their requests to reserve meeting space:
- AAFCS Professional Communities
- AAFCS Boards, Task Forces, Committees, Councils, Assemblies, or Units
- Alliance for FCS Partner Organizations
- Other FCS-related groups
If your group/entity would like to host/sponsor/plan a meeting/event in conjunction with the 2023 Annual Conference, the reservation request form
MUST be completed by the deadline.
November 18: Deadline for Meeting/Event Space Reservation Requests.
Early-mid December: AAFCS will review the reservations requests, notify the submitters if space is available, and follow up with additional details.
PLEASE NOTE The group requesting the meeting/event space may be invoiced for fees associated with space rental, room setup, AV equipment, décor, and/or food.
