AAFCS has partnered with the Hyatt Regency Baltimore Inner Harbor to provide you with superb negotiated rates on guestrooms during the conference, including up to 3 nights before and after the conference. The last day to reserve a guestroom in the AAFCS-negotiated rate room block is June 2. The hotel might not have many rooms left at the prevailing rate, we recommend you search online for another hotel in the Baltimore Inner Harbor area.

Please note: the hotel is undergoing an unexpected emergency construction project which has limited the number of available rooms. This should not impact your stay in the guestrooms part of the hotel. AAFCS sincerely regrets any inconvenience that may be caused due to this issue.

The hotel offers:
 - The AAFCS-negotiated room rates through reservation button (when you are logged in to MyAAFCS):
Single/Double $169; Triple $194; Quadruple $219. Student: $119. Rollaway beds ($25/night) available for King bed rooms on first come, first serve basis. TAXES: Maryland State Sales Tax 6%, City Occupancy Tax 9.5%, + Baltimore Tourism Assessment 2%.

 - Amenities for AAFCS Conference attendees include in-room amenities such as mini fridge, safe, and pet-friendly guestrooms and ADA accessible guestrooms.

- On-site dining: Market is open: 6:00am-9:00pm; Bistro 300: 6:00am-11:30am for breakfast and 4:00pm-11pm for dinner. Bistro 300 is NOT open for lunch.

Hotel Services: Housekeeping Upon Request (daily for Hyatt members), Carryout Dining (NOTE: Hotel Room Service is not available) are on limited schedule.

- Garage parking: Current parking rates with in/out privileges - listed prices are subject to change without notice.

Baltimore offers:
 - Many transportation options to/from the hotel (NOTE: there are no free shuttles to/from hotel). Options include from BWI airport: Light Rail (stop: Camden Yards; 3 blocks away), taxi (approx $35), Uber (approx $31). City of Baltimore options include:  Metro subway (stop: Charles Center East; 4 blocks away), Amtrak (stop: Penn Station, 10 minute drive to hotel), BUS-MTA (outside hotel). Hotel offers a walkway to the Convention Center. Stop by the Concierge desk for maps and schedules!

  1. You receive AAFCS negotiated room rates and amenities! Staying on-site prevents high room costs and penalties for the Association. Higher room rates means higher registration fees.

  2. The hotel provides AAFCS with complimentary meeting space, which keeps the registration fees low. However, we must fulfill the contracted room block in order to receive the space complimentary.

  3. We are able to monitor attendance through our room block. Staying at the hotel ensures we meet our room block enabling us to be better prepared. The cut-off date: June 2.
