AAFCS Launches Digital Credentials and Badges Through Accredible
The American Association of Family & Consumer Sciences (AAFCS) is excited to announce the launch of digital credentials and badges for AAFCS professional certifications through the Accredible platform. This new initiative provides certificants with a modern, secure, and easily shareable way to showcase their professional accomplishments and credentials.
Professionals who currently hold AAFCS credentials (expiring in 2027, 2028, and 2029) will receive an email with instructions on how to access their digital credential wallet or personalized credential page. The rollout will occur in phases as credentials are issued through the Accredible system.

A digital credential is a secure, verifiable representation of your professional accomplishment. Unlike a paper certificate, digital credentials are always accessible online, easy to share, and tamper-proof.
