  • A new test site application is required annually. The PrePAC testing year begins on August 1 and ends on June 30 the following year
  • A new test site code and login credentials are assigned annually. The test site code and login credentials are used to login to purchase products.
  • To purchase and administer AAFCS Pre-PAC products, the test site must be approved by AAFCS. The test site application and Test Site Agreement must be submitted online.
    • Access the application and instructions for Test Site Approval.
    • Submit the Test Site Approval application to receive log in information for the assessments.
    • The Test Site Approval application/agreement must be completed by the Test Site Administrator. An approval confirmation will be sent to the email address(es) provided in the application. Retain the test site approval email as it contains the login credentials (user name and password) for accessing the online order platform and the assessment system.  If the email has not been received within 3 business days, the Test Site Administrator may want to check the “spam” or “junk” folder first and then contact AAFCS by email at pre-pac@aafcs.org.

  • Payment must be submitted with the order. Credit Card payment or a Purchase Order is required when the order is placed.
  • NEW for 2024 - 2025: Are you ordering for multiple test sites with one method of payment?  AAFCS now offers a special Multi-Site Order Form for Centralized Billing and Payment.
  • Pricing
    • Single Test Administration One-time administration of test for individual. The fee is $25 per test candidate.
    • Test/Retest Administration Includes single test administration with an opportunity to re-test candidate before the end of the testing year on June 30. The Test/Retest option is often used for pre and post testing. The fee is $40 per test candidate.

  • Review the credentials in the Portfolio of Products to determine the best match for your program assessment needs.

  • All test candidates must be registered with AAFCS prior to testing. The registration template must be submitted through the AAFCS portal AFTER the order is confirmed.

  • The order number (found in the order confirmation email) is required for the Registration Submission Portal.
  •   A Registration is Complete email will be sent to the Test Site Administrator and Coordinator when the testing platform is ready for student testing.
  • Test Site Administrators and Coordinators should verify student registrationsd 24 hours prior to Assessment Administration. Any errors (including misspelled names) must be fixed before testing occurs. Roster or registration changes CANNOT be made on the date of testing.  Please notify AAFCS via email to correct the errors. 

  • Download the Guidebook for step-by-step instructions. The assessment is administered online. Proctors must be test site employees.  Teachers/instructors of record MAY NOT serve as the sole proctor.  
  • Test Site Administrators and Coordinators should verify student registrations 24 hours prior to Assessment Administration.
