ANNOUNCING MEDIA PANELISTS: JOURNALIST, TV PERSONALITY, AND "SHARK TANK" TV SHOW ENTREPRENEUR

We are excited to announce that Danielle Dreilinger (journalist/author, “The Secret History of Home Economics”), Johnathan Radford (WBTV News, Charlotte, N.C.), and Kim Nelson (ABC reality-TV show, "Shark Tank" entrepreneur) will share their experiences with the media! Don’t miss the Opening General Session to learn from these experts during the 2021 AAFCS Virtual Conference!

The 2021 conference comes with an added bonus -- a Pre-conference session (June 15)! This interactive session will feature the intellectual tools needed by FCS professionals to foster leadership practices that embolden professional actions and advocacy to build capacity of people, families, and communities. Developed as a collaborative experience centered on a collegial immersion into the FCS Critical Sciences perspectives, this pre-conference is sure to stimulate thoughtful dialogue regarding the field’s purposes and future actions.
