        General Session Sponsor (Limited to 5 Sponsors) - $2500

        Sponsor will introduce the general session speaker and be acknowledged during the opening remarks.
         

        Exhibit Hall Breakfast Sponsor (Limited to 3 Sponsors) - $2500

        Join us in celebrating our attendees at the Exhibit Hall breakfast, to be held on Friday, June 27th from 8-9am. Sponsors will be invited to say a few words to our attendees and your logo(s) will be prominently displayed on signage at the event.

        Food/Beverage Sponsor - $600

        Signage at the coffee/beverage area nearest to your booth (if applicable) for 2-hour block of time
         

        Attendee Badge Sponsor (Limited to 4 Sponsors) - $300

        Highlight your products and services to every attendee at the annual conference by serving as our badge sponsor. Your logo will be included on every attendee badge, providing you with maximum visibility at the event.

        Video Content Spotlight - $400

        Advertisement videos from the company played in between sessions.

        Deadlines and Submission Details

        The AAFCS will be accepting sponsorship forms and payments up until May 1, 2025.
        Sponsor and vendor logos will not be included on AAFCS website, social media, or other branded announcements until full payment is received.
        All bag inserts (to ensure inclusion in conference bags). Anything received after this date cannot be guaranteed inclusion in the conference bags.
        All advertising graphics must be provided by April 1, 2025.

        AAFCS Exhibitors, upon purchase of exhibitor space at an AAFCS event, agree to the AAFCS Event Exhibitor Terms and Conditions.
